 Vijay Punhani, a seasoned entrepreneur with 30 years of industry experience, complements Ankush's legal prowess with his skills in finding seasoned chefs and experimenting with new recipes which are the key elements in running a successful business. Together, Ankush and Vijay have transformed Fine Indian Dining into a culinary haven with a total of 10 restaurants, five in New Jersey and five in New York. This expansion further solidifies their commitment to bringing the diverse flavors of India to a broader audience, capturing the essence of Indian culture.

 In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ankush's creative adaptations, coupled with Vijay's problem-solving skills, ensured the restaurant's resilience, sparking a newfound appreciation for Indian cuisine. Dhaba, the flagship restaurant, symbolizes this heartfelt connection, originating from the roadside eateries of India.
